As part of the Ladies Drive Bar Talk on 25 May 2023 in Zurich, Dr. Sabine Bruckert, dermatosurgeon and founder of Dermis Skin Clinic, had the opportunity to share her perspective on the topic of “Emotional Leadership? – how to lead with heart and mind”. As an experienced manager, she spoke about how managers are first and foremost just people with emotions and need to understand their emotions so that they can treat their employees with empathy and appreciation.
Dr. Sabine Bruckert believes that emotions play a crucial role in corporate management.
It is essential to reflect on and understand one’s own emotions in order to be an authentic and compassionate leader.
