Bruno Bloch Foundation

The non-profit Bruno Bloch Foundation was established in 1935 and promotes scientific activities at the Dermatology Clinic of the University Hospital Zurich.
The foundation supports research projects in the field of skin cancer and inflammatory, immunologically induced skin diseases.
Professor Bruno Bloch was the first full professor of dermatology at the University of Zurich and Director of the Department of Dermatology (1916-1933).
His clinical and scientific work includes numerous findings that have led to important advances in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases.
