For our location in Davos (GR) we are looking for a Senior Medical Practice Assistant 80% as of 01.10.24 or by arrangement to further expand our existing MPA team.

The Dermis Skin Clinic focuses on dermatosurgery, classic dermatology & venereology, aesthetic medicine, allergology and laser therapy.
The diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, eczema, inflammatory diseases, acne, atopic diseases and autoimmune diseases are among the Dermis Skin Clinic’s core competencies.
The Dermis Skin Clinic also offers a comprehensive range of aesthetic dermatology and surgery, including medical cosmetics.
As one of the few “C-clinics” (C means certified training centers) in Switzerland, the Dermis Dermatology Clinic trains several assistant doctors every year.
The Dermis Skin Clinic supports progress in science and focuses on innovation – whether in treatment methods or in medical equipment and technical standards.
The Dermis Group provides cutting-edge medicine at its Bülach, Zurich Seefeld, Bad Ragaz and Davos sites.
These are your tasks
- Management of medical staff and supervision of trainees, including work schedules, staff appraisals, staff recruitment, vacation planning, training with the MPAs
- Quality management
- Responsible for all technical and structural clarifications
- Creation and monitoring of all SOPs / introduction of process optimizations
- Organization and coordination of consultation hours
- Coordination of training courses/meetings for product representatives, administration and external companies
- Light therapy, PDT and Healite
- Preparation for laser therapy
- Assistance with medical and aesthetic treatments
- Assistance with examinations, treatments and surgical procedures and help in emergencies
- Care and advice for patients before, during and after treatment
- Sale of services and products
- Communication with patients, insurance companies, etc.
- Accounting, performance reviews
- Carrying out administrative work
This is your profile
- Completed vocational training as a medical practice assistant, healthcare assistant or similar
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Pleasant and professional appearance
- Impeccable written and spoken German language skills
